Scrouge walkinh on tha street

i wanted to test if i could draw one of these weird coloured pieces without any filters so i drew this in ms pain because it has no filters at all lol
and i think this turned out quite nice lol
i focused on the shading and colours.. thats why his anatomy and pose is.. on point
